As a Sales Recruiter at Technoclix, your main responsibility will be to find, attract, and hire top sales talent into our rapidly growing organization. You will need to be able to identify potential candidates, manage the recruitment process, and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the business.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies required for different sales roles.
- Conduct interviews and screening calls to assess candidates' suitability and fit for the company.
- Leverage various resources (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to foster a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate data in our applicant tracking system (RecruitCRM).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate interviews and feedback discussions.
- Participate in relevant job fairs and host recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Recruiter or a similar role in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (like RecruitCRM) and candidate databases.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
