Managerial responsibilities

- Maximize capability to serve all down steam process with safety, quality, environment and regulatory compliance. preparation, chemical handling and starch modification to meet production scheduling, products' quality and organizational safety.
- Manage for people development and management in the assigned responsibility areas.
- Communicate with the team within the responsible sections and across departments.
- Report for the performance, quality, safety and other relevant issues to Production Manager.
Functional responsibilities
- Monitor routine work as daily operation such as slurry shortage, in process control and troubleshooting for response areas.
- Perform continuous improvement and modification of performance such as optimizing chemical consumption, minimized treating time, product quality, increase tank capability and energy optimization.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, scheduling, down steam process.
- Maintain and improve all activities to meet quality and safety system such as ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000, Kosher, Halal etc.
- Provide functional training to the response sections such as modified starch, in control process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry with people management skills.
- Experience in chemical & agricultural Industry.
- Knowledgeable in chemistry and engineering.
- Able to maximize production capability with compliance all regulatory and company system.
- A drive for continuous improvement and adapt to change for delivering to meet business goals.
